SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly offer worldwide shipping from Ukraine. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • United States: 10–21 business days (Standard Shipping)
  • Europe: 10–18 business days (Standard Shipping)
  • Canada & Australia: 14–25 business days (Standard Shipping)
  • Rest of the World: 14–30 business days (Standard Shipping)

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or other international transit factors.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

You can track your package using international postal tracking services.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our store is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and other applicable fees).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
