RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind;
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer;
  • Delays caused by customs or postal services;
  • Natural variations in color, shape, and texture of gemstones and handmade materials.
